Corporate Account Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions are terms governing your account(s) held with us. You are advised to read this together with the Specific Products/Service Terms and Conditions, which are terms and information relating to certain products and services to which you may have subscribed.

The following items are collectively known as the General Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Master Services Agreement (including the Confidentiality and Regulatory Annex) – this document is applicable to your accounts and overall banking relationship with HSBC. If you already have an account with HSBC, either in Taiwan or elsewhere, you may have already seen this document. If this is the first time you are opening an account with HSBC, please read this document carefully.
  2. The Taiwan Local Conditions – these conditions amend and/or supplement the Relationship Documents (as defined in the Master Services Agreement) for your accounts in Taiwan only. Please read these conditions carefully whenever you open an account with HSBC in Taiwan.
  3. The Taiwan Account Disclosures sets out some additional matters that apply to your account in Taiwan. Even if you already have an account with HSBC elsewhere, you need to read these Disclosures when you open an account with HSBC in Taiwan.
  4. The HSBCnet Annex, E-Channel Services Schedule, and Security Measures, which set out the specific terms that apply to the access and use of our digital banking platform - HSBCnet, and the relevant security protocol and measures for HSBCnet (these only apply if you have an e-channels profile with HSBC).

These are terms and information relating to certain account products and services to which you may have subscribed with HSBC in Taiwan. If the General Terms and Conditions apply to you, this specific products/services Terms & Conditions will form a part of the General Terms and Conditions and both documents should be read together.
